The "In Memory Honor Roll" in Washington, D.C. honors those who served in the Vietnam War,and later died as a result of their service, whose names are not on The Wall. You can see current Oregon honorees by clicking here.
Often these soldiers have died as a result of complications from PTSD or Agent Orange.
